Another year older and another year wis… well, something like that.
My birthday is Saturday, and I’ll be 34 years old. There’s nothing exciting about turning 34. There’s no big celebration of adulthood or free license to enjoy a new opportunity. It’s not a round year, so even the number itself is fairly boring. So how does one celebrate a 34th birthday? By asking you to help me raise money toward a cure for type 1 diabetes.
Saturday, I want to 34 people to donate $34 toward my JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes in Death Valley, California.
Will you help make this my best birthday yet? I mean, it is the only tax-deductible birthday present I can think of!
